✅ Step 1: Double-check your supplier stock
Go to AliExpress or DSers and confirm:
The product variant (like size or color) you’re selling is still available.
Sometimes the overall product has stock but specific variants do not.
✅ Step 2: Check your Shopify product inventory
1️⃣ In your Shopify Admin, go to Products
2️⃣ Click on the product that shows as “Sold Out”
3️⃣ Scroll to the Variants section
4️⃣ Look at the Quantity Available column for each variant
👉 If you see 0 for a variant, Shopify will show it as “Sold Out” — even if AliExpress has stock.
✅ Step 3: Update or sync your inventory
If you use DSers:
Go to DSers → Products → Find the product
Click Resync or Update Product
Make sure each Shopify variant is correctly mapped to the AliExpress variant.
If you manually manage stock, click Edit on the variant in Shopify and update the inventory number to match your supplier’s stock — or set it to “Don’t track inventory” if you always rely on AliExpress.
✅ Step 4: Check for mismatched variants
Sometimes the Shopify product and the supplier listing don’t match exactly (for example, a new color was added on AliExpress, but you didn’t add it on Shopify).
Go to DSers → Mapping → and verify each Shopify variant is correctly linked to the supplier variant.
✅ Step 5: Check your shipping settings
If the variant is linked but still “Sold Out,” make sure the shipping location is correct.
For example, if your Shopify listing says “Ships from United States” but your supplier only has stock in China, Shopify can’t fulfill it.Update or add the correct shipping option (like “Ships from China”).
✅ Step 6: Repush or recreate the product
If nothing works:
In DSers, click Re-Push to Store to resync the product.
Or delete the product from Shopify and push it again from DSers.
