This is for week 6 content if you are creating ads. π
We used a feature in the past called Audience Insights. It was a tool where you typed in an interest and it would populate other interests that consumers also were interested in.
For example: You searched for "Donuts" and it would tell you other interests that people liked on top of liking donuts.
Facebook has decided to remove Audience Insights, but that is OKAY!
When it comes to advertising, it's all about testing! That tool allowed you to brainstorm but with it being gone, you just need to come up with ideas!
Just because you got an idea from that tool did not mean it would produce results. That is why it's okay that it is gone.
When you are brainstorming Audience ideas, just think of other products or places.
If you are selling clothing, for example, your audiences could be:
Target
Marshalls
a talk show
a coffee place like Starbucks
You can do ANYTHING! You won't know if an audience is good until you run some ads. So don't worry about the audience insights tool being removed, just use your mind and come up with ideas!!
