You can offer free shipping on all orders, even if all of your products are print-on-demand (POD), no matter which platform you're using (Printify, Printful, Gelato, Printed Mint etc.). 🙌

💡 How to Offer Free Shipping with Any POD Platform

You don't have to pass the exact shipping cost to your customers. Instead, you can:

  1. Build Shipping Costs Into Your Product Pricing
Let’s say your POD supplier charges $4 for shipping a mug. If your ideal retail price is $25, you could raise the price to $29 and offer free shipping. Customers LOVE seeing “Free Shipping,” and it often increases conversions.

  2. Set Up Free Shipping in Shopify

    • Go to Shopify AdminSettingsShipping and Delivery

    • Under “Shipping Rates,” create a new rate and set it to $0 (free) for your chosen shipping zones (like U.S., Canada, etc.)

    • Save and you're good to go!

  3. Highlight It On Your Website
Use a banner or announcement bar to let your customers know:
“🚚 Free Shipping on All Orders over $60+!”
This gives people an extra reason to hit that “Buy Now” button.

✅ Pro Tip:

Be sure to check your profit margins after adding the shipping cost into your product price. As long as you’re still making your desired profit, offering free shipping can give your store a professional, customer-first vibe that encourages sales.
