How to check if your DSers is properly linked to Aliexpress

To check if your DSers account is properly linked to AliExpress, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to DSers:

    • Go to your DSers account and log in.

  2. Check Your AliExpress Binding Status:

    • Once logged in, navigate to the top-right corner of the DSers dashboard and click on your account profile.

    • Look for a section labeled "AliExpress Binding" or similar. If it’s linked, it should display your AliExpress account information there.

  3. Test the Connection:

    • Try importing a product from AliExpress using DSers. If the product imports successfully, the accounts are linked.

    • Alternatively, place a test order through DSers. If the system redirects you to AliExpress for processing, the connection is active.

  4. Re-link If Necessary:

    • If you’re unsure or the accounts don’t seem linked, you can unlink and re-link them:

      • Go to Account Settings in DSers.

      • Select Unbind AliExpress and then rebind it by logging into your AliExpress account through the DSers interface.

  5. Check Permissions:

    • Ensure that your browser permissions allow pop-ups or redirections, as this can sometimes interfere with linking DSers and AliExpress.
