Is your Ali-Express payment declining, or is your order being "closed"? 

If so, I have some tips for you below on how to resolve this problem:

Find your product from another seller on Ali-Express, add the item to cart, add the Customer's information and attempt to check out.

1. Sometimes a payment declines because of the supplier
    

When looking for another supplier on Ali Express, avoid the items that are marked at "$0.01" based on student feedback, orders seem to decline on those discounted products.

If you have tried both of the options above, contact your bank and verify all future payments with Ali Express. Banks tend to block payments due to foreign exchange.

Alternatively from your card, you can checkout through PayPal, as well!
