Products not visible online

Hey Ladies!

If you're having trouble seeing your products in your store, read below!

"I created a collection, and added the exact tag to my product, but it's not appearing on my store. What is wrong?"

If you made your collection and tagged your product accordingly, this means they are in the collections but they are not visible on the store yet!

In order to set your products so that they will be visible when you add them to a collection or just your store in general, check the two options I am including below:

Make sure your product is set to Active:

After your product is Active, click "manage" next to sales channels:

Make sure "Online Store" is selected! That is how a product will become visible in your store!

Not everyone has the same channels and apps, which means you might not see the same options as my image below. You will, however, see Online Store which is the priority. :)

Further instructions:

To add a product to your page, it needs to be in a collection and that collection needs to be on your navigation.

Say you have a collection called Shirts and have ONE tag = shirts.

Go to your shirt you want to add to that collection, tag it shirts on the bottom right corner.

Once you do that, it's there!

Then click online store, navigation, and add Shirts to your main menu.

We aren't done yet! Products also have to be "active" and set to "online store" to even show up. I will add an article below on how you can check that. :)
