Hey Ladies! π
Yes, you can use the images you see on Ali Express & other sources.
I have received this question about using Ali Express images frequently, so I wanted to make an article for you all! π
Sometimes big brands do take pictures from other sources (such as Ali).
*Remember to go with your gut, your pictures do not have to be perfect, if they are stolen it is not the end of the world - people and or the brands will let you know. These are just tips for if you're trying to avoid this from happening. If you think it may be stolen, just don't use it.*
I try to stick with just product pictures that do not have a person in them just to avoid issues down the road - but you are legally allowed to use whatever pictures you see on Ali Express and other supplier sites.
For example, if a person's entire face is in the picture try to avoid that and only use pictures without their face.
If you have seen that exact picture on a massive brand then do not use it.
Usually, if a picture was taken from a brand it will have the "influencer" look to it. This means selfie-style, not very professional. (I am including an example below)
*If someone reaches out about your images you would kindly say it was from your supplier but if they were another brand you will remove them.*
I will give a great example for you all, for a pair of leggings I have in my store some of the images were from a different brand. The brand reached out to me and I responded with the message above ^ and apologized and immediately removed the images. The brand thanked me and was very friendly.
Life happens, just move forward!

At the end of the day, nothing can be perfect. But you can take precautions if you are worried! β€οΈ
