Step 1 Create the FAQ page
1 Log in to Shopify Admin
2 Click Online Store
3 Click Pages
4 Click Add page
5 Title it FAQ
6 In the content box, add your questions and answers
7 Click Save
Step 2 Add the FAQ page to your footer menu
1 Go to Online Store
2 Click Navigation
3 Click Footer menu
4 Click Add menu item
5 Name it FAQ
6 Under Link choose Pages then select your FAQ page
7 Click Add
8 Click Save
Step 3 Format your FAQ so it is easy to read
Keep each answer short and skimmable. A simple format works best:

If you want it cleaner, add bold to the questions and keep answers to 1 to 3 sentences.

Start with the basics customers care about most:
Shipping times
Where you ship from
Tracking info and how long it takes to update
Returns and refunds
Order changes and cancellations
Sizing or product details that cause confusion
How to contact you if they need help
Step 5 Final check
Open your storefront and scroll to the footer
Click FAQ
Make sure the page loads correctly on mobile too
If your FAQ answers reduce confusion, they also reduce customer service messages and increase checkout confidence.
