How to Send Your Customer Their Tracking Number

Make sure you're now using DSers instead of Oberlo

With Oberlos new app, DSers, tracking is installed right away, for you! This means you no longer have to install a code to install tracking.

If you need to migrate from Oberlo to DSers click here.

Here is how to check for tracking:

After the payment

After your payment, DSers will automatically move the order to Orders – Open Order – Awaiting Shipment. (Note: the status may take some time to change, don’t worry about it.)

When your supplier sends out the package, the tracking number will be generated. DSers will automatically update the order and move the order to Fulfilled tab with the tracking number.

It is at this time that DSers will automatically trigger Shopify to send an email to your customers with the tracking number.

DSers will also automatically mark the order as Fulfilled on Shopify.

You can also view the tracking number in the Order details on Shopify like below.
