My Ad Account is Disabled/How to Connect with Facebook

When your Ad account gets disabled it can be frustrating, but don't fret! This happens all the time and there are a few steps you can take to get it approved and connect with Facebook directly.

There are two ways you can connect!

SOLUTION 1: Chat with Facebook Here's the link.

To chat with Facebook, follow the screenshots below! If you do not see this screen, it is because your account is disabled, skip to Solution 2!

How to access the chat function:

SOLUTION 2: Contact Facebook through one of these two forms

If Solution 1 did not work for you, it is most likely because your Ad account is disabled, this means you will need to request a review (even if you have already done it). Facebook is the only one who will be able to reactivate your account.

There are two forms you can go about reactivating your disabled account:

  1. If your account has been disabled because it violates Facebook standards you will need to complete this form. You can check Facebook policies here.

  2. If you think your account has been disabled by mistake, you can fill out this form.

I know this can be frustrating, but don't lose hope!

This happens all the time and your account WILL be approved eventually (as long as you aren't selling anything that is against Facebook's policies). So don't lose hope and keep connecting with Facebook!
